Parties may reserve the Blue House Lodge and/or the Bunkhouse, both located on the Hester Farm on Coopers Lane in Worton, Maryland overlooking a picturesque, rolling agricultural landscape bordered by Still Pond Creek. The Hester Farm is located eight miles from Chestertown, a charming and historic small town offering great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.  

 

 

The Blue House Lodge

The Blue House Lodge offers four bedrooms (seven beds), three baths, full kitchen, two entertainment areas, and private deck.

The Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse adjoins the Lodge but is a separate facility with its own entrance and mudroom. The Bunkhouse has two sets of bunks (four twin beds), a community area, small kitchen and full bath.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Larger groups may rent the Blue House Lodge and Bunkhouse which adjoin and together provide eleven beds.

 

Rentals Before and After the Waterfowl Season 

Before and after the waterfowl season, our Lodge is available for rent to enjoy the farm and all the numerous activities available on the Eastern Shore.  We have frontage on Still Pond Creek with a jon boat, canoe, picnic table, fire pit and so on for leisurely enjoyment of an unequaled view and activities such as fishing, canoeing, and swimming.  Additionally, charter boats for superior striped bass fishing are only seventeen miles away in Rock Hall, while Chestertown, with historic Washington College, awaits discovery only eight miles out.

• Amenities include a gas grill, large outdoor steamer for oysters or other shellfish, and complimentary wifi. 

• No discharging of firearms around Lodge or Bunkhouse.

• No dogs in Lodge or Bunkhouse.
